Effective IT support for your business or home computer and network by remote link is quick and easy, which means you will not have to wait for a technician to arrive. We remotely check and correct your IT issues as if we were there. There is no call-out fee for this service and you pay in 15 minute blocks. No minimum 1 hour charge.

Should your IT issues prove too critical to be dealt with via remote assistance, we will send our technician to you for on-site assistance as soon as we possibly can.

We offer assistance for installing programs or to backup your priceless and irreplaceable data. We help you setup and design solutions that are right for you, your home and your business and offer maintenance of your new or existing equipment.

Backup services are available on a weekly or monthly basis.

Support During Work Hours (8:30AM to 6PM weekdays)
Onsite Support - $30 (incl. GST) for every 15 minutes + travel time. 1 hour minimum charge per callout.
Remote and Phone Support - $30 (incl. GST) for every 15 Minutes. No minimum charge applies.

Support After Hours (weekends, public holidays and 6PM to 8:30AM weekdays)
Onsite Support - $55 (incl. GST) for every 15 minutes + travel time. 1 hour minimum charge per callout.
Remote and Phone Support - $55 (incl. GST) for every 15 Minutes. No minimum charge applies.

Pre-Paid Support & Maintenance Contracts
With a monthly pre-paid contract, you can rest assured that you will have top priority to all our support services, plus you will have the ability to access all your PC's from anywhere in the world on any computer with your Reach-IT account.

Monthly Pre-paid IT Network Support for Small Business:
$95 per PC once off setup fee,
$200 / month with a 12month commitment.
incl. 3hrs per month, thereafter standard call-out or remote fees apply.
