Hourly Support Rates

Support During Work Hours (8:30AM to 6PM weekdays)

On-site Support - $30 (incl. GST) for every 15 minutes + travel time. 1 hour minimum charge per callout.
Remote and Phone Support - $30 (incl. GST) for every 15 Minutes. No minimum charge applies.

Support After Hours
(weekends, public holidays and 6PM to 8:30AM weekdays)

On-site Support - $55 (incl. GST) for every 15 minutes + travel time. 1 hour minimum charge per callout.
Remote and Phone Support - $55 (incl. GST) for every 15 Minutes. No minimum charge applies.

Training & Spa Assess by Appointment only
from $175 (incl. GST) for every hour. 1 hour minimum.

 
Total IT Support & Maintenance Contacts (Pre-Paid)
With a monthly pre-paid contract, you can rest assured that you will have top priority to all our support services, plus access all your PC's from anywhere in the world on any computer with your Reach-IT account.
     
Monthly Pre-paid for Small Business Networks:
$85 per PC setup fee once off payment
$200 / month with a 12month commitment.
incl. 3hrs per month, thereafter standard call-out or remote fees apply.

Salon Iris® - Optional Installation and Training:

Installation:
We can optionally assist with configuration and setup including installation, and advice on importing data (such as clients, products, services, etc) into Salon Iris. WAN/Chain duration based on number of stores.

Training:
We can provide remote training, going over the main concepts and navigation of Salon Iris as well as some operational processes such as end of shift / day, reporting, create a staff roster, and mailings. WAN/Chain training duration is based on number of stores to be trained remotely (per store). A more comprehensive training plan can be co-ordinated with you and quoted based on your required needs.

Salon Iris® - Optional Support / Maintenance:

Period:                  
Per  ½ year means the first six (6) months of using Salon Iris from date of purchase.
Per year means the first twelve (12) months from date of purchase.

Support Details:     
You can elect either a 5 day a week or 7 day a week option for support / maintenance.
5 Days Support is business hour Monday through Friday 9am - 5:30pm, and excludes weekends and public holidays. Times after 5:30pm and before 9am are chargeable at the rate of $99 per hour (or part thereof). 
7 Days Support is business hour Monday through Sunday 9am - 5:30pm, and includes weekends and public holidays. Times after 5:30pm and before 9am are chargeable at the rate of $99 per hour (or part thereof). Support is limited to 3hrs per month, thereafter standard support fees apply.

No-Support:
Customers with no support contracts are charged a per hourly fee of $125 per hour or part thereof.

Free Upgrades:
Licenses: All versions include FREE upgrades for the first 2 years of use.
Administration: An administration and handling fee of $99 is levied to manage an upgrade.
